Short version is, we ordered a couch and loveseat that didn’t fit the very top of the stairs in a townhome. Movers said this is really common, took pictures, and said that corporate emailed the local store (where we purchased) to contact us. Has anyone successfully received a refund?
Reading the contract, it says store credit will be provided at their discretion and no refunds. We already went through the hoopla of them getting the delivery day wrong despite multiple notes in the receipt, and I’d really prefer to walk away entirely rather than buy another couch. Lesson learned.
